This course is open to individuals of all ages and backgrounds. By enrolling, you confirm that you are authorized to make online purchases using valid payment credentials.
The course materials, including but not limited to videos, downloadable content, and supplementary resources, are provided solely for your personal, non-commercial use. Access to the course is limited to the user who has purchased it.

"The Beginners A1 Wolof Course" is designed to provide users with foundational knowledge of the Wolof language and help them begin basic communication. However, individual progress and results may vary based on factors such as effort, prior knowledge, and engagement with the materials. We do not guarantee fluency or specific outcomes.
The refund process is clearly outlined in Section 2.2. If a user misunderstands the terms or fails to comply with the outlined process, we are not liable for any resulting dissatisfaction or disputes.
Under no circumstances shall Wolof Academy or Wolper Business Group LLC be held responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this course.
Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in Wyoming, United States, per the American Arbitration Association rules.
These terms are governed by Wyoming law without regard to conflict of law principles.
